Undergraduate Registration Request

THIS FORM IS FOR ENROLLMENT INTO COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT UNDERGRADUATE COURSES ONLY.

This form can be used and will be reviewed during active registration periods only, which begin on March 6 for Summer 2023 courses and April 3 for Fall 2023 courses (please check Wiser for the specific day you are eligible to register for fall courses).

This form can be used by anyone interested in taking a College of Management course and cannot self-enroll on Wiser, including: CM students, Students in one of CM's Partner Program, non-CM students, and non-degree students. Please note that students who are not in the management major will have delayed access to registration, and will only be able to take six management major courses IN TOTAL before being admitted to the major, minor, or partner program. Please do not submit this form before the designated registration dates, as the form will not be processed.
